Atlanta Ranks High in Low-Cost Home

  • In the News conducted a market study of the largest 300 metropolitan areas in the U.S. to find which cities had the most available housing under $200,000. Atlanta ranked 4th in the country with nearly 8,500 listings and an overall median list price of $315,050. The Beltline was credited as the major driver for housing activity within city limits making areas along the soon-to-be developed tract prime investments.
