Parkland Companies Expands Team to Support Rapid Growth Across Metro Atlanta

Following a year of significant expansion across its development, build-to-rent, property management and brokerage divisions, Parkland Companies is celebrating its growth throughout metro Atlanta and beyond. The developer is also actively hiring for multiple positions. 

The company has experienced substantial momentum across its family of brands, including Parkland Communities, Parkland Residential, Prim Properties and the newly launched Prim Realty. Recent milestones include the successful lease-up and stabilization of Sugarloaf Landing, the launch of leasing at Morgan Park, the expansion of Parkland Residential’s build-to-rent portfolio and pipeline of more than 3,000 lots, and the creation of Prim Realty to support the company’s recently launched for-sale housing platform. 

As a result, Parkland Companies is expanding its workforce and recruiting for a variety of positions, including leasing agents, assistant property managers, property managers, maintenance technicians and a landscape architect.
