Parkland Communities announces the grand opening of the model home at Grove Landing. This much-anticipated event marks the unveiling of the first single-family build-to-rent community in the Warner Robins submarket. Officials from the City of Centerville, Robins Airforce Base, the Warner Robins Chamber of Commerce, Lincoln Property Management, Parkland Residential and Parkland Communities attended the recent ribbon cutting for the model.

“Anyone looking for a home in Centerville should stop by to see the model. We are now open for leasing, visit to take advantage of our grand opening incentives while they last,” said Parkland Residential President Jim Jacobi. “Construction is already underway on the first 24 homes, and we will welcome our first residents in November.”

Grove Landing features innovative floorplans from Parkland Residential’s Portico Series. These homes will range from two to four bedrooms, all adorned with charming craftsman-style elevations, spacious porches and carports.
