Nick Patti, brings over 19 years of comprehensive management experience to Parkland Communities. With a career that spans various construction projects in residential, commercial, industrial, and heavy civil/marine markets, he contributes invaluable experience and skills to Parkland.  Some of his prior roles include purchasing/estimating, project management, and field management.  He is eager to put his extensive knowledge to work in establishing Parkland Homes and Parkland Residential as prominent Georgia homebuilders, delivering affordable, high-quality homes to the residential market.
