Tim Stubbs combines his accounting and finance knowledge with 18 years of experience as a residential home builder to bring a unique perspective to his position as Controller with Parkland Communities. In this capacity he manages the financial and accounting process for the company and oversees related staff.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Tim’s wide range of experience includes working with Pinnacle Entertainment, Isle of Capri Casinos, TFS Development, Windsong Properties, Cowart Residential, Peachland Homes, and Plantation Associates. This gives him a vast array of knowledge to draw from as he creates fiscal strategies for Parkland Communities.

Stubbs also is a licensed builder in Georgia and Mississippi. He is an award-winning builder who has built 400+ homes during his career.

As the father of two grown adopted sons, Stubbs is a volunteer, advocate, and speaker for adoption-related causes. He also is a recreational pilot, which has inspired one of his sons to pursue a degree in commercial aviation. Stubbs holds a BS in Accounting at Mississippi College, and an MBA in Finance from Vanderbilt University.
