Martin Springs

Martin Springs will feature single-family homes and rear-entry townhomes on 67 acres just east of Lawrenceville. The community features an overabundance of park space with about 14 acres designated as common space featuring pocket parks, a large forested passive park with mulch trails, pool and cabana and a large playing field. An enormous 150-year-old oak tree on the property that was special to the family that previously owned the land, was preserved and serves as a focal point of the community.
