Parkland Communities Inc., a real estate development and homebuilding firm based in Atlanta, announces the addition of Kevin Cardinal as the new Director of Entitlements. With three decades in landscape architecture and development, Cardinal brings a wealth of experience to the Parkland team.

In his new role, Cardinal leads the community planning processes, managing due diligence for acquisitions, site planning, permitting, and final plat coordination with municipalities and governmental agencies.

His vast experience covers multiple sectors, including mixed-use, residential, commercial and resort projects.

Cardinal is a registered landscape architect, holding a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry and an MBA from Norwich University. A Marietta resident, in his free time, he enjoys hang gliding, writing, golfing, fly fishing and instruction.
